Job Description
  • Responsible for receiving, checking and recording all finished goods coming into the warehouse.
  • Supervises the bag carriers during the offloading process.
  • Checking goods received against the invoices.
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
  • Always check for breakages, shortages and quality of the inbound goods.
  • Take note of breakages, shortages goods with bad quality on the invoice and GRV.
  • Record all deliveries in a Received Goods Register.
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
